This device needs a water supply equipment to provide water with pressure from 0.3~1.0Mpa. A part of water flows into water turbine to drive it rotates and then drive the wind rotor. Another part of water flows into proportioner and its velocity increased rapidly at jet, which result in vacuum in the vacuum chamber. Then the foam concentrate was inhaled to proportioner and mixed with water out from jet and flow into pipe. The solution will be mixed with another part of water from water turbine and was dispersed into droplets when it flows through a nozzle and sprayed to foam generate net. These droplets then form thin films and were blown into amount of foams by wind rotor.Structure Feature:1. It has its own proportioner which is connected with foam tank by a straw.2.
